Though our Baxton Studio Outlet retail stores in Chicago offer item pickup only, we also distribute our products nationally through www.interiorexpress.com as well as many major retailers. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address for a personalized shipping quote.
Baxton Studio Outlet promotional sales and discounts are honored only for an order being picked up or delivered locally.

Do you deliver?
Yes! We charge a $85 flat rate for deliveries curbside and $135 to areas within 50 miles from our warehouse in Aurora, IL.
How do I place an order?
In person at our locations or over the phone.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) as well as cash. We also accept checks, as long as we are able to authorize your check through our service on the day the check is written.
Applicable Illinois sales tax applies to all orders either picked up from our warehouse or delivered to any address within the state of Illinois. If you place an order over the phone with an associate to be shipped to an address in California, California sales tax will apply.
Can I return my item?
All items sold through Baxton Studio Outlet are not returnable. Because we are a discount outlet, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to correctly measure available space and doorways before purchasing.
Is this item in stock?
Availability is shown on each product page on this website. For any additional availability information, please reach out to us by phone or email (email@example.com). All inventory is located at our Aurora, IL warehouse.
Can I custom order an item?
We do not have the ability to customize or alter any products.
Can you hold my order?
Any purchase that is not picked up on the same day the order was placed and paid for in full will be held in our warehouse for up to 14 calendar days. During the 14 days, you can be assured your item(s) will be set aside and reserved for you for either pick up or delivery. If your purchase has not been picked up or delivered after the 14 days, all items being held will be released back into inventory and the items will be considered forfeited.
From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Actual products may differ in color due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, brands and variations in wood grain. Interior Express Outlet reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If a pricing error has been discovered after you have placed your order, honoring an erroneous price is at the discretion of BSO management.
