Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Items in the original packaging:
BSO will provide assistance on new, original-packaging product purchases based on the timeframe during which a product functionality or mechanical issue is first reported to a salesperson:
Report made 1 business day or less from pick up or delivery: replacement parts or an even exchange will be honored. The first course of action will be to provide the necessary part. If a part is not available, the salesperson and/or Parts Team staff member will authorize a full item replacement. Any replacement parts or items must be taken possession of via the same method as the original order. BSO may or may not require a return of the damaged or defective item(s).
Report made post-1 business day from pick up or delivery: The consumer may purchase the necessary part(s) for an additional fee, if the part(s) are available. BSO is unable to honor a return, exchange, order cancellation, or refund.
Display models, clearance items, open box items:
The consumer is responsible for fully inspecting the product prior to purchase, pick up, or delivery. Baxton Studio Outlet (BSO) does not guarantee any open-box or clearance items to be free of defect, flaw, or damage. BSO does not guarantee these items’ features to be fully-functioning. We are unable to reverse a clearance transaction.
BSO does not offer return or replacement of any item damaged by the consumer during loading, transit, unpacking, or set-up. BSO does not honor return of a product should it not fit in a customer’s home or due to customer remorse. BSO does not offer or include a warranty of merchantability with purchase of any of its products.
