What are your hours?

Lombard Location:  Monday: 10am - 9pm  Tuesday-Wednesday 10am - 6pm Thursday-Friday: 10am - 9pm  Saturday: 10am - 6pm Sunday 12pm - 6pm

Bensenville Location: Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm and on weekends from 10am - 6pm .



Do you deliver?

Yes! We charge $85 flat rate for deliveries curbside and $135 to areas within 40 miles from our warehouse in Bensenville, all you can stuff in our company truck.



How do I place an order?


In person at our showroom or over the phone.



What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as cash. We also accept checks, as long as we are able to authorize your check through our service on the day the check is written before merchandise is released. Full payment must be completed (checks authorized) before the pickup or delivery date.

*8.25% sales tax applies to all orders either picked up from our warehouse or delivered to any address within the state of Illinois.



Can I return my item?


All items sold from our Warehouse Outlet location are "final sale". All items are sold as-is. All items, especially floor models and damaged items must be fully inspected and cannot be returned after purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for new items or customer remorse. No refunds or store credit. Please make sure to correctly measure available space and doorways before purchasing.


Which items are in stock?

All items shown on this website are in stock and ready to be picked up. For many of the floor models, there is only one available and is at open box pricing. Once we are out of stock on an item, we update the website as soon as possible. Many items will be restocked, please contact us if there is a specific model that you are interested in and would like to know availability.


Can I custom order a sofa that I saw on your website?


At Interior Express Outlet, we only sell items that we have at our warehouse.

Can you hold my order?

Any purchase that is not picked up on the same day the order was placed and paid for in full will be held in our warehouse for up to 14 calendar days.  During the 14 days, you can be assured your item(s) will be set aside and reserved for you for either pick up or delivery.  If your purchase has not been picked up or delivered after the 14 days, all items being held will be released back into inventory and the items will be considered forfeited.
